Managing partner of ATTORNEY’S ASSOCIATION «DGRAVITY LEGAL». Experience in the field of law since 2001, which includes prosecutorial and advocacy activities since 2007. Oleksandr Babich’s specialization includes protection of business and its owners in criminal proceedings, corporate disputes and disputes with public authorities. During the period of his legal practice, Oleksandr participated as a defense counsel and head of a group of attorneys in a number of high-profile and complex criminal cases, some of which were under the personal control of the heads of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine and the state leadership, were repeatedly covered by the media, and were related to the activities of politicians, businessmen and high-ranking officials.
Oleksandr’s key practice areas include dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration, criminal law and procedure, ECHR applications, extradition.
