Brief information:

Oleksandr Babich is the Managing Partner of the law firm DGRAVITY LEGAL. He has been working in the legal field since 2001, including prosecutorial service and private legal practice since 2007.

Oleksandr specializes in protecting businesses and their owners in criminal proceedings, corporate disputes, and disputes with government authorities. Throughout his legal career, he has acted both as defense counsel and as the head of legal teams in a number of high-profile and complex criminal cases — some of which were under personal control of senior law enforcement officials and top-level state leadership. Many of these cases received widespread media coverage and were linked to the activities of politicians, business figures, and high-ranking officials.

He successfully completed the training program “Successful Application to the European Court of Human Rights: From Theory to Practice”, organized by the Council of Europe and the European Centre for Legal Cooperation in Strasbourg. As a result, he received a certificate confirming the acquisition of practical skills in preparing applications to the European Court of Human Rights, as well as a deep understanding of human rights protection standards under the European Convention.
