Experience:

Maryna’s experience includes activity in the field of law, public administration, and the bar in positions such as Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Deputy Head of the Presidential Secretariat — Presidential Representative to the Constitutional Court, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Head of the Main Department for Constitutional and Legal Modernization of the Presidential Administration, among others.

Maryna specializes in constitutional law, particularly in aspects of protecting human rights and freedoms in public law disputes. Thanks to her profound academic and practical experience, she effectively combines a strategic approach to protecting clients’ interests with high standards of legal expertise.

She is an expert of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission).

She holds the first rank of civil servant.

  • In 2002, she was awarded the title of Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.

  • Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Faculty of Law);
  • V. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (graduate studies);
  • In 1999, she defended her dissertation and became a Candidate of Legal Sciences.
