Experience:

Nikita has over 11 years of practical experience working in the prosecution authorities of Ukraine, including the Office of the Prosecutor General. During his tenure, he specialized in investigation, procedural leadership, and prosecution of serious and particularly serious crimes that had significant public resonance.

He specializes in consulting on criminal law and procedure, particularly regarding economic crimes, corruption, and cybercrime. Nikita develops legal defense strategies to protect the rights and legitimate interests of suspects and defendants throughout criminal proceedings. He builds effective tactics in client relations with law enforcement during searches, interrogations, and other investigative actions.

He possesses deep knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the fields of economics, information technology, information security, and law enforcement activities, as well as skills in using OSINT tools.
