Brief information:

One of the founders of ATTORNEY’S ASSOCIATION «DGRAVITY LEGAL», Senior Partner. He started practicing law in 2012. Volodymyr Yemelianov’s practical legal experience includes work as a corporate lawyer in the financial and banking sectors, work as a head of legal services in banking institutions, a state-owned aviation enterprise and ministry institutions. Volodymyr has been practicing the advocacy since 2016.

He represents and protects the interests of legal entities and individuals in the judiciary, law enforcement agencies and public authorities in criminal proceedings (economic and corruption crimes), banking and commercial disputes.

He acts as a defense counsel in a number of criminal proceedings related to corruption and economic crimes committed by the management of a number of state-owned enterprises and ministry institutions, as well as other category A civil servants, which are being investigated by the NABU and are currently being considered by the High Anti-Corruption Court.

Volodymyr’s key practice areas include bankruptcy, banking and finance law, representation in civil and corporate disputes, as well as defense and representation of persons suspected/accused of corruption offenses.

Along with his legal practice, Volodymyr is also engaged in scientific and teaching activities. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and is an Associate Professor at the Department of one of Ukraine’s leading law institutes. He has a number of scientific publications in international and domestic scientific journals and has participated in international legal conferences.
